A varied programme to enhance dancer development. Includes strength and conditioning work, flexibility, technique, highland dances, national dances, show work, performance, ceilidh, teamwork, plus other fun and engaging activities. Dancers can get dropped off anytime between 09:00 and 09:30. Cor …moree programme runs for between 09:30-15:30. Dancers are welcome and encouraged to stay with us until 17:00. Between 15:30-17:00 we shall have a relaxing session where we watch previous performances or a dance related show or film. This programme is suitable for all Kirkjuvagr 3 and Kirkjuvagr 4 dancers. Please wear full class uniform and bring suitable clothing, water bottle, packed lunch and snacks. less

This programme is suitable for all Kirkjuvagr 1 and Kirkjuvagr 2 dancers plus anyone who would like to join us either with no previous highland experience or if you do have some experience in highland or other styles of dance. All welcome. Please wear full class uniform or comfortable suitable clothing, water bottle and snack. Bring packed lunch if you wish to stay with us for lunch. less
